Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is free across Türkiye and free on international orders over $300.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders from our Istanbul warehouse within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Türkiye usually takes 1–3 business days and international orders 5–7 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Do customers in Türkiye pay customs duties?

No. Orders within Türkiye ship domestically from our warehouse in Istanbul, so there are no customs duties or extra charges.
