Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders within Türkiye. International orders of $300 and above ship free.
When is my order shipped?
Your order is handed to the courier within 2 business days at the latest. You will receive your tracking number by e-mail.
How long does delivery take?
1–3 business days within Türkiye, 5–7 business days internationally. Couriers do not deliver on public holidays.
Where do I track my order?
On the Order Tracking page or under Orders in your account.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, before the order is handed to the courier. Write to us from the Contact page.
What if I am not at the address?
The courier leaves a notice and holds your parcel at the nearest branch. Parcels not collected within 3 days return to us; we will then contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.
Returns
14 days — right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Send your withdrawal notice to info@serhatsaat.com or use the Contact page. A model withdrawal form is provided on request.
30 days — returns
You can return unused products within 30 days.
How do I return?
- Write to us from the Contact page or at info@serhatsaat.com.
- We send you a return code and instructions.
- Hand the watch, with its box and invoice, to the courier.
- Your payment is refunded within 14 days of the product reaching us.
When do I get my money back?
Within 14 days of approval, to the payment method you used. The time it appears on a card statement depends on your bank. For instalment purchases, your bank refunds the amount in instalments.
I tried the watch on — can I still return it?
Yes. Trying the watch on does not void your right to return it. It only needs to be in resalable condition.
2 years — technical service
Your watch includes 2 years of free technical service. See the Warranty Certificate.
5 years — spare parts
Spare parts are supplied for 5 years.
International orders
For international returns, contact us first so we can agree on the shipping method. Customs duties and import charges are payable by the recipient; recovering them after a return is subject to your country's customs rules. For purchases from the European Union, your rights under your own country's consumer law remain reserved.
