HOW MUCH IS YOUR SHIPPING FEE?
Shipping is completely free for the products you buy from www.rmswatches.com. No additional shipping costs will be reflected in your order total and invoice during the order.
WHEN WILL MY CARGO ARRIVE?
The orders you place on our website are delivered to the cargo company within 2 business days at the latest. Past orders in my account You can check the status of your order from the tab.
WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED BE DELIVERED?
Your order will be sent to the delivery address you specified on weekdays, during working hours of 09:00 - 18:00.
CAN I CHANGE THE RECEIVER OR DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?

ARE DELIVERY MADE ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS?
Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.
MY ORDER ARRIVED WHILE I WAS NOT AT MY ADDRESS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you cannot find your address, a note will be left informing you that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to us.
WHY DO YOU SEND THE INVOICE ON THE PACKAGE?
It is legally obligatory to send the invoice for your order and write your name and surname on the package.
RETURN PROCEDURES
You can return the products you purchased from www.rmswatches.com within 14 days from the delivery date, with a cash payment by cargo. If the specified period is exceeded, refunds will not be processed. Returns and exchanges of products that have expired, without invoices, that have been used, have lost their resaleability, or have been damaged will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a prepayment charge. After your return is reviewed by RMS relevant units, you will be contacted and the process will begin. When your return is approved, the product fee will be refunded within 5 business days at the latest if you are contacted via your contact number. The next process depends entirely on your bank and our site has no right to intervene in your bank. The entire price of the product you purchased in installments is refunded to your credit card, but the refund of the return is reflected to your credit card in installments by your bank. If the product price was paid by Money Order/EFT, the refund amount will be made to your account within 5 business days. Our site is not responsible for delays caused by unreachable contact numbers.
HOW MANY DAYS IS THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD?
The right of withdrawal without giving a reason in the Consumer Law only covers the first 14 days following the day you receive the product. If you want to return the product due to any defect in the product, this period is extended up to 30 days.
